We offered to make church lunch one Sunday and decided to go gringo style b/c it's what we're most comfortable with. We learned two lessons: "making lunch" is synonymous to participating in a potluck and gringo food is expensive down here!

We did take a nice break to grab some lunch (where they had a cool washroom faucet) and we tried our first gaspacho, which is a mix of fresh fruits and delicious! We did go gringo style on that as well as we turned down the onions, hot salsa, and salt that Mexicans typically pour over the top!
